What’s Rossiter/Connective Tissue Stretch?

The Connective Tissue Stretch workouts are deep tissue - connective tissue - stretching that restore easy movement, loosening tightness in your body quickly and effectively, to eliminate the source of pain. It is stretching in a way your body recognizes instantly as what it needs to help heal itself.

The source of pain is often deep connective tissue shortening. This shortening decreases the space between muscle fibers, thereby increasing irritation on sensitive nerve endings. Connective tissue commonly shortens from age, overuse, or injury.

The Connective Tissue Stretch is recommended for

  • Low back and hip pain
  • Knee pain
  • Stiff necks, sore shoulders and arms
  • Foot pain, and plantar fasciitis
  • Tight calf muscles and hamstrings
  • Restless Leg Syndrome
  • Headaches and Migraines
  • Elbow tendonitis
  •  . . and more!

Testimonials

“Its been a journey, through stretching, strengthening and now Rossiter, honestly it involves some pain, much hard work and dedication.  When I started I could not get my shoulders to 90 degrees and maintain my posture at the top of my backswing; now I can turn well past 90 degrees and still hold my head still.   I have better posture,  walk better, turn better, and get up in the morning with no aches or pains.   I am back doing what I love to do without restrictions.”   Greg Lee

"In all my years of experience, the benefits from the work you do far exceeds those of Chiropractic, Massage, Acupuncture, Rolfing, and other types of bodywork. Not that those modalities aren't helpful, but the rely upon each other, and are not effective and lasting as stand-alone therapies. What you do is different. It requires participation from the client, but so worth the effort. Your work has changed my life. Your awesome"  Jarrett Kovics
