Group Workout of the Day
Today’s group workout is a full body routine you won’t want to miss!
Start:
- Foam roller work
Then 4 sets:
- 2 hand kettlebell swings-20reps
- deep goblet squats-10reps
- Unweighted squat jumps-10reps
- Banded shoulder dislocates-10reps
Then 3 sets:
- 1 minute rounds
- Burpees
- 1 arm plank rows weighted switching 30 seconds
- split jump battling double arm rope slaps
- ring pushups
- jump rope
- reverse crunch
Cool Down
- Foam roller work
