Group Workout of the Day

Today’s group workout is a full body routine you won’t want to miss!

Start:

  • Foam roller work

Then 4 sets:

  • 2 hand kettlebell swings-20reps
  • deep goblet squats-10reps
  • Unweighted squat jumps-10reps
  • Banded shoulder dislocates-10reps

Then 3 sets:

  • 1 minute rounds
  • Burpees
  • 1 arm plank rows weighted switching 30 seconds
  • split jump battling double arm rope slaps
  • ring pushups
  • jump rope
  • reverse crunch

Cool Down

  • Foam roller work
