This week has been a bit crazy being a short one for me. Full client load, fixing my truck, and spending as much time with my daughter as I can it didn’t leave much room for my training. But, I found time to get in at least 2 workouts before the week ends. So, even a guy who owns a gym struggles with workouts from time to time. The key is to be efficient with time management during the day. Even if it’s 1 minute utensils of jump rope here, 1 minute items of Pushups there, 1 min of plank, etc. You can find a few minutes here and there.
