body weight squats 20 reps, lateral lunges 10 reps, drinking birds 10 reps

Then band pullapart complex

Then

5 rounds Kbell complex:

2 hand swings 20 reps

Goblet squats 15 reps

Windmills 5 reps

Lateral squats with arm extension 10 reps

Drinking birds- 8 reps

Then

3 x 1 min rounds

Rollouts

Ring squat rows

Med ball pass pushup

Situp ball throws

Then

3×4 reps each side
