The human machine is a complex organism.  If trained properly, this machine is capable of producing extreme functional strength, more effective oxygen utilization, and fluid movement-while remaining injury free.

Nick holds a B.A. in Kinesiology and Biochemistry which gives him a deep understanding of the body and its energy systems.  He has also held certifications from the American College of Sports Medicine and the National Strength and Conditioning Association.  A soccer player for nearly 20 years, Nick enjoys strength sports as well and has competed in NAS strongman events.  He is currently focused on continuing to get stronger and plans on knocking out a couple 14ers this summer.

Nick’s clients can expect to receive a program addressing warmup, injury prevention, exercise progression/execution, nutrition, and recovery. He believes a well-formed plan and a client understanding of what is necessary to achieve a goal is critical to their success.  Nick takes proven principles and quality research and tailors them to meet the needs of each client.  Individuals are unique, and their programs should reflect that.
