Sometimes it’s hard to get motivated to exercise. Even for a gym owner who spends all day in the gym. When I have an hour off sometimes all I want to do is sit down and established my lunch peacefully. Sometimes that feeling wins put like today for instance and today was an off day so I could train cardio, mobility, etc. Or I could take a rest day, eat my lunch, and write this blog post. So, obviously I made this choice. But tomorrow it’s back on. Sometimes rest is important to keep the aches and pains of aging at bay. Sometimes it’s time to hit it hard and crush those aches and pains. But most importantly listen to your body
