Mondays workout 9-22

Start with Foam Roller

Then warmup with squat complex

2x

body weight squats-20 reps

Lateral squats-10 reps

Drinking birds-10 reps

Wall slides between each round 10 reps for the first round

Then

Weighted lunge complex

5 rounds all reps are 8 reps per leg

Forward lunge

Lateral Lunge

Rotational Lunge
Then

Tabata

Squat jumps

Burpees

Lateral Jumps outside leg to outside leg
